Welcome to Strip Club
What exactly will be be doing?
We'll be hanging out at a bar (the fantastic Freddy's Backroom) and playing drawing games. Some of them are collaborative, some are improvisatory, some are short, some are dirty. They're all wicked fun, and they will all help you practice visual storytelling. If you have your own projects you'd like to share/crit/talk about, bring them, too. We'll have time at the end for that.

Why should I come?
It's a great way for comics artists to meet each other, have good times and get new ideas in a casual group setting. If you're not an artist, but you love comics or love to draw, this is a place to play, learn, and make something to take home and show off. Did I mention it's also fun?

Who the hell are you?
I'm Jesse. Now ya know.
I've done this kind of thing for high schools, at the Michigan Womyn's Music Festival a couple of years ago (boo, trans exclusion!), and with my friends all the time. And I've got a lot of pencils.
